DMCA & Copyright Compliance
AeroIPTV respects the intellectual property rights of creators and copyright holders and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) under our Terms of Service.
1. Commitment to Copyright Protection
AeroIPTV is committed to respecting the rights of intellectual property owners. It is our policy to respond promptly to clear, formal notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international copyright conventions as referenced in our legal disclaimer.
2. Technical Architecture & Hosting Disclosure
AeroIPTV operates solely as an indexer, access gateway, and media player configuration provider. We do not host, store, broadcast, upload, or encode copyright-protected media files, broadcasts, or on-demand video on our web servers—explore our supported devices and players.
Our infrastructure provides technical configuration parameters (such as Xtream Codes API links and M3U playlist pointers) allowing compatible client applications to connect to external transit nodes as explained in our how it works architectural breakdown. We do not control and cannot alter the content hosted by remote origin servers.
3. Requirements for Submitting a Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of an owner, and you believe in good faith that any content or index pointer on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal written notice to our support team containing the following mandatory elements:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including title, registration numbers (if applicable), or URL where the authorized work is displayed.
- Identification of the specific infringing pointer, URL, or stream descriptor requested to be removed or disabled.
- Your direct contact information (full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and official email address).
- A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright holder or authorized representative.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe an index link was disabled or removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal counter-notification to our designated agent pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with Section 512(i) of the DMCA, AeroIPTV enforces a strict policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of subscriber accounts, credentials, or reseller panels that are determined to be repeat infringers.
