For users requesting a trial line, our free test account registration form records only your email and requested streaming device so our team can send matching setup links.

2. Zero Browsing History Logs

AeroIPTV maintains a strict zero-logging policy regarding your personal viewing habits, channel selections, and video on demand searches across all compatible media player hardware. We do not inspect, record, or monetize the content streams requested through your client media player.

Technical logs are retained exclusively in volatile server RAM for transient traffic load balancing and DDoS protection, as explained in our streaming security FAQ.

3. Payment Processing Security

All payment transactions are encrypted via industry-standard SSL encryption and processed through certified external billing gateways. For customers who prioritize total confidentiality, we support cryptocurrency transactions alongside credit card processing on our subscription plans.

AeroIPTV does not store raw credit card numbers or banking secrets on our servers.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Account credentials and communication records are retained only as long as necessary to service your active subscription. You may request permanent deletion of your customer record at any time by messaging our privacy officer desk.
