By accessing our website or purchasing a streaming credential package from AeroIPTV subscription options, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Before committing to an extended billing period, we strongly encourage every customer to request a 24-hour test trial account to verify video compatibility and network latency on your local setup.

2. Service Nature and Compliance

AeroIPTV provides access to media player configuration links and network stream pointers over public broadband networks as described in our how AeroIPTV works architectural guide. We do not host, store, or broadcast copyright-protected media files on our physical server hardware.

Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring that their playback of public network streams complies with all local telecommunication regulations and statutory requirements in their home country, as outlined in our frequently asked compliance questions.

3. Device Limits & Permitted Connections

Each account pass is provisioned with a strict concurrent stream limit based on your selected package on our supported streaming devices. Standard passes allow single-screen access. Simultaneous streaming across multiple screens requires a verified multi-device pass purchased through our subscription plans.

Attempting to exceed your simultaneous stream allotment may result in automated temporary connection throttling or account suspension by our anti-abuse system.

4. Service Availability & Maintenance

While our redundant server clusters target 99.9% monitored SLA uptime, occasional scheduled maintenance windows, network transit routing changes, or upstream broadcaster disruptions may occur.

5. Prohibited Activities

Subscribers are strictly prohibited from re-streaming, re-broadcasting, publicly screening, scraping, reverse engineering, or redistributing AeroIPTV credentials or stream links.

For commercial wholesale distribution or multi-client account creation, please review our authorized reseller panel program. Unauthorized account sharing or credentials tampering will trigger immediate permanent termination without refund.

6. Payment Terms & Subscription Renewal

All subscriptions are billed upfront based on the selected duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). AeroIPTV operates on a non-automatic renewal model: you are never rebilled automatically without explicit consent.

To renew your subscription pass, simply contact our billing and technical support desk before your pass expires.

7. Intellectual Property & DMCA
